Job Description
Must be able to lead and manage department team members, work and plan with store management team, prepare fresh deli products/foods daily, efficiently and in an organized manner. Order and control inventory of supplies, take inventory, be innovative with new products and promotions, write schedules and control labor costs, control waste and loss to ensure gross margins. Must be customer service oriented, clean and organized, focused and willing to learn and implement new ideas.
Our Deli is known for making lots of fresh products for our customers, including; salads, sandwiches, bean dip, cheese balls, cut fruit and veggies, sliced deli meats and cheeses, party platters, and more. We're looking for someone to take the wheel and lead this team to success.
